Setting Up Your Facebook Landing Page in iFrame

If you haven’t set up a landing page for your Facebook Fan page, the why not? It’s actually pretty easy. The benefit to you will be more qualified likes to your page. Setting up your Facebook landing page in iFrame is a lot simpler than you think.

I recently ran across a video posted by BloggingWithAmy. Probably not the highest quality video and Amy isn’t quite yet comfortable on camera, but she gets her points across.

Now if you haven’t set up your landing page yet, you probably don’t know that Facebook recently changed it’s format from FBML (Facebook Markup Language) to iFrame. If you Google “Facebook landing page setup” you’re going to wind up with a lot of outdated information.

What I like about Amy’s video is that she’s discussing the new iFrame setup.

One More Tip

Amy’s video is pretty much nuts and bolts. Here’s a suggestion for some design inspiration – Go to Google Images and type in “Facebook landing page.” You’re going to get back almost 8 million ideas that you can incorporate into your page.

I think this’ll be a great weekend project. Why don’t you send me a link to your new landing page once it’s up. Just post it in the Comments section.
